Welcome to Mountmellick Development Association

MDA was formed in 1982. the MDA is a not for profit organisation, it comprises of a Voluntary Board of Directors working to improve the social, cultural and economic development of the town of Mountmellick and the surrounding areas.
We work in partnership with the community, voluntary groups and statutory agencies for the benefit of the community.

The following programmes are delivered from the MDA:

• IT Training Centre
• Mountmellick Museum and Conference Centre
• Sonas Childcare Centre
• Food and Health Programme
• Sport le Cheile

The MDA also has a state of the art Business Park which houses a number of local business.
