Crafternoon Tea at Museum Studio 2023

 

Here at Mountmellick Embroidery and Heritage Museum we are delighted to report that on Wednesday August 16th. we held our very successful Crafternoon Tea at The Museum Studio.

We recorded over 100 visitors to the event from places as far away as Australia, U.S.A., South Africa, U.K., and Kerry, Waterford, Limerick and the Midlands.

They thoroughly enjoyed the museum visitor experience, the pop-up contemporary Mountmellick Embroidery Exhibition, and the tea and treats from the Hare's Corner. Some ladies were doing their embroidery in a ' meet the maker ' fashion.

Each visitor was given a complimentary book-mark keepsake.
